How to cancel

1. Sign in to the Fluxxx account that owns the subscription.
2. Open the Account page and select Manage billing.
3. Use the Stripe-hosted account portal to cancel before the next renewal.

If the portal is unavailable, email account@fluxxx.io promptly from the account email address and explain that you cannot access self-service cancellation.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current free-trial or paid billing period. Access ordinarily remains available until that date. A canceled subscription does not renew for the next period.

Automatic renewal

If you do not cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, the selected monthly or annual plan automatically renews and the saved payment method is charged at the stated plan price plus any applicable taxes.

Refunds and account data

Cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the current period. Refund exceptions are limited to those in the Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription is also separate from deleting your account or requesting deletion of personal information; contact support for those requests.
