Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Fluxxx, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live and provide accurate account and payment information.

Research software—not investment advice

Fluxxx organizes macro, policy, economic, news, sentiment, positioning, catalyst, options-structure, and secondary market-reaction evidence. Its theses, confidence measures, scenarios, alerts, and explanations are general research tools. They are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold; a fiduciary service; or a promise of performance.

Trading risk and user responsibility

Trading futures, options, foreign exchange, commodities, and other instruments can result in rapid and substantial losses, including losses beyond an initial deposit where leverage applies. You remain responsible for independent verification, suitability decisions, risk controls, and every trading or investment decision. Fluxxx does not place trades, monitor orders or positions, or guarantee outcomes.

Plans, free trial, and payment

Full access costs $29 USD per month or $290 USD per year. The annual plan saves $58 compared with 12 monthly payments. Both plans begin with a 7-day free trial and require a payment method at checkout. No subscription charge is due during the trial. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

After the trial, Stripe charges the selected price and the subscription automatically renews after each monthly or annual billing period until canceled. Prices or plan features may change prospectively; Fluxxx will communicate material changes before they apply to an existing subscription where required.

Access and entitlement

A marketing request, account sign-in, checkout submission, or checkout return does not by itself prove an active subscription. Digital access activates immediately only after Fluxxx receives and verifies an active or trialing server-side entitlement. Fluxxx may restrict access when a subscription expires, is canceled at period end, remains unpaid, is disputed, or is associated with fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

Cancellation and renewal

Cancel through the authenticated account portal before the next renewal. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current trial or billing period, and access ordinarily remains available until that date. See the Cancellation Policy for instructions and timing.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and Fluxxx does not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or for a duplicate charge or confirmed billing or technical error. Canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. See the Refund Policy.

Data, models, and availability

Sources can be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or subject to different reporting schedules. Gamma/GEX features are modeled open-interest-and-gamma context, not observed dealer inventory or a direction forecast. Social observations can remain unconfirmed. Past behavior, a confidence measure, or an illustrative example does not predict future results.

The service can change, pause, or remove a source or feature when reliability, licensing, security, or operational conditions require it. Never use Fluxxx as the sole basis for an urgent or safety-critical decision.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, resell, redistribute, or bypass access controls unless Fluxxx has expressly authorized it.
• Do not upload credentials, regulated personal information, or material you lack permission to use.
• Do not represent Fluxxx output as personalized advice or guaranteed performance.

Intellectual property and feedback

Fluxxx, its design, and its original software and analysis framework are protected by applicable law. Source data can remain subject to provider rights and restrictions. If you provide feedback, Fluxxx may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, while respecting applicable privacy obligations.

Changes and support

These Terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel. Questions about these Terms, billing, or account access can be sent directly to account@fluxxx.io.
