Free trial
Monthly and annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No subscription charge is due during the trial. Cancel through the account portal before the trial ends to prevent the first subscription charge.
General policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable, and Fluxxx does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused time, or a decision to stop using the service.
Exceptions
Fluxxx will consider a refund where required by applicable law, for a duplicate charge, or for a confirmed billing or technical error. A technical-error request must identify a service error that materially prevented the subscribed digital access; ordinary source availability, market closures, research disagreement, or an unused account does not by itself establish an error.
How to request review
Email account@fluxxx.io from the address associated with your Fluxxx account. Include the charge date, amount, and a concise explanation. Do not send a full card number or card security code. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, subject to payment-network processing times.
Cancellation is separate
Canceling prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Review the Cancellation Policy and cancel before renewal.
