What we collect
When you request updates, Fluxxx receives the email address you provide, an optional name, your consent choice, and basic request metadata needed to prevent abuse and operate the form. When you create or use an account, Fluxxx receives identity details such as name, email address, verification state, sign-in method, and a stable internal account identifier.
Authenticated workspace records can include preferences, watchlists, saved briefs, saved options research scenarios, research alerts and inbox activity, last-seen research state, manual Prop Shield entries, account-access state, and billing status. Fluxxx does not ask for brokerage passwords and does not connect to brokerage orders, positions, or fills.
Billing information
Stripe hosts checkout and payment-method collection. Fluxxx can receive Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, subscription status, renewal or cancellation dates, and limited transaction details needed for support and accounting. Fluxxx does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.
Why we use information
- Provide and secure the Fluxxx research workspace.
- Keep records separated by account and preserve chosen settings.
- Verify trial and paid entitlements and administer billing.
- Send product or access updates only when you explicitly consent.
- Answer support and privacy requests, detect abuse, investigate reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and data sharing
Fluxxx may use infrastructure, identity, billing, data, communications, and monitoring providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for their role. Fluxxx does not sell personal information or use account data to place trades.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, security, billing, dispute handling, legal obligations, or a feature's published retention period. You can download currently supported account data from the authenticated Account page. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email account@fluxxx.io from the address associated with your account. Fluxxx may verify your identity and retain information where required for security, billing, legal, or recordkeeping obligations.
You can unsubscribe from product updates through the unsubscribe mechanism included with those messages. A product-updates request does not create an account, begin a subscription, or authorize payment.
Security and international use
Fluxxx uses server-enforced account boundaries, restricted runtime secrets, and authenticated provider events. No online service can promise absolute security. Infrastructure and providers may process information in jurisdictions other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and agreements.
