Include the email address on your Fluxxx account, a short description of the issue, and the approximate date and time it occurred. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose sensitive information.
Account and access
For sign-in, verification, or entitlement problems, describe the screen you reached and any error shown. Digital workspace access depends on a server-verified active or trialing entitlement.
Billing and subscription
Use the authenticated account portal to manage billing or cancel before renewal. If you cannot reach the portal, email support promptly from the address associated with your account. Include the charge date and amount for a duplicate charge or suspected billing error, but never send a full card number or card security code.
Privacy and security
Email account@fluxxx.io for an access, correction, or deletion request. Fluxxx may verify account ownership before acting. Never email your password, authentication code, API key, brokerage credentials, or full payment-card details.
